Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will give you full control over your email mailbox accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can set up a brand new mail account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one e-mail box to another, finetune e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and defend your e-mail accounts against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your electronic mail accounts against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming electronic mails based on specific rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and modify the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one email box to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Simply select the e-mailbox you wish to forward emails from, then specify the target e-mail box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your preference to access your email accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you want to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email boxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
